A processing fee of $250.00 must be paid in addition to your Guardianship or Settlement Service fees. This processing fee of $250.00 is non-refundable but only if we are unable to locate a suitable school and host, then we will refund $150.00 minus bank transfer and other fees.

Guardianship Fee with homestay ............... $500 per month
This fee refers to monthly guardianship fee only if the student's contract is for more than 6 months. Homestay Search and Airport Transfer fees are included.

Short Term Guardianship Fee ....................... $150 per week
This fee refers to the weekly payment for GUARDIANSHIP ONLY. If you have selected SHORT TERM Guardianship, please select the number of weeks (from 1 week to 23 weeks) you require our service on the application form. Homestay Search and Airport Tranfer Fees are NOT included.

Settlement Service ................................................ $ 600.00
This is a one time payment for our Settlement Service.
Homestay Search and Airport Transfer fees are included.

Homestay Search Fee ............................................ $ 300.00
A one hundred and fifty dollar ($150.00) non-refundable deposit is required. If we cannot find a suitable homestay for you, we will refund your deposit minus bank transfer and other fees. This is only for a one time search.

Homestay Fee ........ $ 250 per week or $ 950.00 per month
This is based on a private room with a private or shared bath with two meals (breakfast and dinner) a day on weekdays and three meals on weekends.

Airport Pickup / Transfer ........................................ $ 70.00
IMPORTANT:* We would like you to check in and check out on a Saturday or Sunday. Arrivals on weekdays will be charged an additional of $100.00.
